For the front desk and the owner

Your 2:30 tomorrow just cancelled. Who do you call?

Not the top of a list. The person most likely to say yes to that appointment, with the reason written next to their name, and their number ready to dial.

A full demo clinic is already loaded. Logins are on the sign-in page.

“I spend hours cold calling to fill cancellations.”

A receptionist told us this, unprompted, in her own words.

Why the waitlist does not cover it

Jane's waitlist messages people who asked to be on it, after a cancellation. It cannot see the patient who is overdue but never joined a list, and it cannot see a gap that was never booked in the first place.

140patients on file
55with no next appointment
21overdue for a treatment plan follow-up
8cancellations in 30 days

The waitlist addresses the 8. We address the 55.

What the ranking actually reads

  • How often this patient normally returns, and whether they are due
  • Whether it is the practitioner they usually see
  • The days and times they normally book
  • Whether they cancelled recently and never rebooked
  • Whether a treatment plan follow-up is outstanding
  • How they have responded to short-notice offers before
  • Whether their usual visit even fits the gap

No black box. Every point is shown as a reason on screen, so the receptionist can disagree.

How it works

1

Connect once

Paste every Jane calendar link at once. We work out whose is whose and pair appointments with shifts. Two minutes for the whole clinic, no password, no migration.

2

We watch the schedule

Jane pushes every booking and cancellation into those feeds continuously. We read them every few minutes, not once a day like Google Calendar.

3

You get a call list

Five things worth doing today, each with a name, a number, a reason and what it is worth. Text a booking link and the patient books it themselves.

Pricing

Two plans. No per-seat pricing, so adding people never raises the bill.

Basic

Fill the empty appointments.

$99per clinic / month
  • Continuous Jane sync for every practitioner
  • Today's call list, ranked with reasons
  • Every open slot with its revenue at risk
  • Reactivation list of everyone with no next visit
  • Email and text with one-tap booking links
  • Consent tracking and one-click opt-out
  • Outreach log and recovered revenue

Advanced

Most pick this

Fill them, and see what the clinic is really doing.

$249per clinic / month
  • Everything in Basic
  • Utilization, no-show rate and unbooked capacity
  • Accounts receivable aged by insurer
  • Report import read by AI, any software
  • Ask ClinicPilot, answered from your own data
  • Priority support with a named contact

A three-practitioner clinic on Jane's Thrive plan already pays about $179 a month. We price against what we recover, not against their bill: two filled appointments a week covers Basic.

The things clinics ask first

Do we have to leave Jane?
No, and you should not. Jane keeps scheduling, charting, billing and insurance. We sit beside it and answer what it does not.
Do you read our chart notes?
Never. Notes are discarded where we read the feed, before anything is stored, and a test proves clinical text cannot get through.
Do you have our Jane password?
No. You paste a read-only calendar link Jane generates per practitioner, revocable from Jane at any time.
What about patient consent?
No message goes out without consent recorded for that channel. Every message carries a one-click opt-out that stops both email and text.
How long is setup?
About two minutes for the whole clinic. Paste the links, and the first sync runs as you save.
Can we get our data out?
Any time, and you can delete all of it from inside the app without asking us.
